Lakeview Bed and Breakfast - The Yellowstone Room

Yellowstone National Park has a special place in this Innkeeper's heart.
I have attempted to capture the diverse spirit of Yellowstone and bring the feel of the outdoors into this specially designed room. Decorated in forest hues of greens, browns and beiges, it possesses a woodsy feel with an amazing carved and "distressed" hardwood bed, cradling an incredibly comfortable 18" deep mattress!! The walls are graced with serene outdoor scenes of various wildlife, geothermal features, waterfalls, and gentle, watercolor landscapes. Included are prints of Thomas Moran paintings he did while traveling with the Hayden Expedition exploring the Yellowstone Area in the 1800s, contributing to the birth of the National Park Idea, (Yellowstone being the oldest...). The Theme is carried over into the adjoining private bathroom, complete with a 2 person jetted tub and beautiful, old fashioned style vanity with granite top.
The room includes a private entrance, Cable TV with VCR and DVD, Refrigerator, Coffee Maker, Air Conditioner, Microwave and Other Special Amenities.
